Oprah's Diet Secrets

Wynonna Judd has never talked about her weight problems with her mother before. On Wednesday’s "Oprah," Judd confesses that she is desperate to lose weight, and she would rather do anything than talk about it with her famous mother and sister.

Judd called Oprah last November for help. Back then, TV’s first lady was on a crash course to lose weight for her fabulous 50th birthday bash. Diet guru Bob Greene put the daytime diva on the white diet, eliminating sugar, pasta, rice, and potatoes from her diet.

"The thing I like most about the no-white-food diet is it eliminates the foods that don't contribute anything to your nutrition," Greene said.

Oprah is now asking Greene, who helps thousands diet online, to help her good friend.
