Designer Rani Totman revealed to "Extra" that the $8,500 hand-embroidered silk dress is perfect for a colorful character like Phoebe.
Paul Rudd, who plays Phoebe's betrothed, tells us the snowy setting is a hint that the wedding almost didn't happen. "There is this snowstorm that hits and we have to kind of shift some things around."
