Janet's Revealing Halftime Show

The largest Super Bowl audience in six years did a collective double take when Justin Timberlake ripped off the top of Janet Jackson’s leather costume and exposed her breast, which was partially covered by a star piercing. Jackson, looking mortified, covered up and briskly walked off stage.

We caught up with Timberlake just minutes after he got off stage, and while he didn't talk about the big rip, he did talk about his performance. Timberlake said, "It is every man’s dream. I thought it would be cool instead of doing my thing by myself, I would mix it up with her. It was fun."

CBS and MTV, which produced the half time show, issued statements apologizing for the exposure. Both networks say that they had no idea this was in the works. Timberlake also issued an apology, blaming the rip on a "wardrobe malfunction."

After the game at the PlayStation 2 party, Shannon Elizabeth wondered if the rip was really an accident. She says, "I’m wondering if it was planned or not."

But Nick Lachey didn't really care if it was planned or an accident. He said, "I have to go home and watch my TiVo and see what really happened. Slow it down frame by frame."

Jackson’s brother, Jermaine, showed up in Houston to support his little sister. He said, "We are very proud of her."
