David Schwimmer

It’s no more Mr. nice guy for friendly David Schwimmer. He's turned Hollywood sleaze ball and for a good reason. He says, "It's a lot of fun to play a guy like this."

David is starring as a seedy screenwriter in "Turnaround," a dark new comedy hitting the theater. And don't expect any six figure paychecks; David told "Extra" he's working for free. He explains, "We'e all working for free."

Doing their thing on stage with Schwimmer is "That Thing You Do's" Tom Everett Scott, and real life best friend Jonathan Silverman, who plays quite the jerk. Silverman says, "They're just disgusting human beings."

With a hit show, a hot play, and even strolling the Golden Globe carpet Sunday night with a gal pal, David swears he has no time for a social life. He says, "I don't, honestly."

But David does have time for his friends at NBC, and he tells "Extra" that his co-stars were all in agreement to do one more year of their hit show. He says, "I guess the good thing is that everybody is on board and really excited."
