Lopez Wedding Dress
She was elegant in Escada and a vision in Valentino. Even on screen in "The Wedding Planner," Jennifer Lopez was a beautiful bride. But now comes the fashion question that has everyone in a frenzy: what will Jennifer wear when she weds Ben?
Reem Acra designed the dress Jennifer chose for her first walk down the aisle with Ben in their movie "Jersey Girl." But on their real life wedding day, will art imitate life? Acra says, "To tell you the truth, it's not a Jennifer dress. It's what her character portrays in the movies."
But Reem does have a few ideas on what Jennifer might wear when she walks down the aisle for real. She says, "I can see her in a ball gown. A bit more conservative with a beautiful veil over it."
Designers Michelle and Henry Roth say for Lopez, romantic is the way to go. Roth says, "She should be extremely feminine. Layers of tulle, lots and lots of duchess satin. She should be billowing down the aisle."
Sexy or strapless, beaded or bustled, whatever Jennifer chooses, she's bound to take Ben’s and everyone's breath away.
