Playmate Auditions
Playboy will be coming to greater Los
Angeles on Friday, February 1 and Saturday, February 2 looking
for young women 18 and over to be photo tested as possible
Playboy magazine centerfolds and to star in a two-hour
reality network television special set to air in May 2002.
The Playboy photo tests will be held at Playboy Studio
West , 2112 Broadway in Santa Monica from 10:00 a.m. until
5:00 p.m. both days.
According to Playboy's senior editor
of photography, Kevin Kuster, "These castings will make it possible
for us to identify a select group of beautiful women who will
star in this exciting network television special, one of whom
will be selected to be a Playboy magazine Playmate in
an upcoming issue."
Kuster said that details on the television special and information
on additional search cities and dates will be announced shortly.
In order to participate in Playboy open casting calls,
all Playmate aspirants must be at least 18 years of age and
must provide two proofs of age, one with picture, at the time
of the photo test. Playmate candidates should bring a two piece
swimsuit to the test.
Playmate hopefuls unable to be present in Los Angeles may submit
their photographs to Photo Department at Playboy magazine, 680
N. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60611 or via e-mail at photo@playboy.com.
