He plays the popular jock in "Not Another Teen
Movie." Chris Evans is Hollywood’s newest heartthrob who wants
a better body. He says, “I wouldn't mind being all muscle.
I have zero muscle in my legs. I got string beans now.”
Steve Zim, trainer and author of Hot Point Fitness,
knew just what to do. And he said he could do it in four weeks.
No junk food, just 20 minutes of cardio and weight training
with a twist that Steve says works the entire muscle. Steve
says, “Our goal for Chris is to take him from good shape to
amazing shape.”
Chris says, “I would like to put on 10 or 15 more pounds of
muscle and just be able to last more than five minutes on
the treadmill.”
Steve says, “If you look at Hollywood now, it’s the lean cut
Brad Pitt looking guy and that what we can do with him.”
Chris dropped two pounds, down to 157, but the key is he dropped
his body fat in half, He went from 9% to 4.5%, and gained
eight pounds of muscle in a four week period. Chris says,
“I feel great. I could do only 20 pushups last time. I can
breeze through 20 and keep going. My muscles last a lot longer.”
His girlfriend, actress Jessica Biel from the WB's “7th Heaven,”
likes what she sees. She says, “He looked great before, but
damn he's buff now. Great abs.”
