Jen and Ben
It was the split heard around the world. Now "Extra" has the inside word on what really happened after Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez broke up.
"Extra" learned that Lopez visited a spiritual advisor days after the big split, which was the same adviser she consulted after the couple called off their September wedding.
Affleck and Lopez also sought outside help to try and make their
relationship work. Us Weekly News Director Mark Malkin tells
us about the scoop in the magazine's upcoming issue. He says,
"They were actually in counseling to try and make this
relationsip work. Unfortunately, it didn't work."
So who is taking the breakup harder? Malkin says that Affleck
is. He says, "Since the breakup, Ben has actually been
going to casinos, he's been gambling, hanging out with friends.
He's also been looking to buy a new house in the Los Angeles
area. "
According to Us Weekly, Affleck was upset by Lopez's recent
trip to Miami where she hung out with old friend Marc Anthony
and her former boyfriend P. Diddy. Malkin tells us that Lopez
has not heard the last from the rap mogul.
He says, "P. Diddy has never made it a secret that he's
always been in love with Jennifer. Some people say that he may
want to make a play for Jennifer Lopez now that she's single
again." |
