'Friends' Finale

The "Friends" cast has been broken up for weeks as they prepared to shoot the final episode on Friday night. Courtney Cox Arquette says, "It’s just really sad. We were crying like crazy."

Former "Friends" guest star Christina Applegate said she went through her own mourning period after "Married... with Children" went off the air in 1997. She says, "It is so hard to say goodbye to your family after that amount of time. At first it is a little shocking."

TV Guide's Michael Ausiello says that NBC has a game plan to keep the ending a secret. He says, "They are going to be shooting scenes before the studio audience comes in. That way the secret can’t get out."

But Ausiello thinks he knows one of the secrets after his set visit last week. He says, "I saw that there was a hospital set that they had constructed, which leads me to believe that Monica and Chandler's surrogate mother is going to deliver her baby."

"Extra" also learned that Ross and Rachel may get their happy ending. But no one will know for sure until the "Friends" finale in May.
