Ben and Jen Split
It is the end of one the most famous Hollywood couples ever. Ben Affleck and Jen Lopez are finished. Ever since Hollywood’s power couple canceled their wedding in September, rumors speculated about a breakup. Now "Extra" confirms that it is over.
Us Magazine broke the story and executive editor Lori Majewski tells "Extra" that the couple privately agreed to split on January 20th, three days after Affleck returned from the Sundance Film Festival.
Lopez raised questions last week when she was spotted in a Miami Beach nightclub with her ex-boyfriend, P. Diddy. But Us Magazine says that Affleck’s free spirit and lack of commitment was the last straw for Lopez.
"Extra" spoke to Affleck recently, and he didn't sound like he was ready to give up on Lopez. He said about getting married, "It is our hope to, but we have no fixed plans in the near future."
It now seems like there is no future at all for the most talked-about couple in the world.
