'My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé'

Twenty-one million people watched as Randi Coy tried to trick her family on "My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé." The program may be a big hit for the folks at FOX, but Randi Coy, the star of the show, is in hot water with her boss.

Before pretending to be engaged to Steve, Coy was a teacher at a Catholic school in Phoenix, Ariz. When officials at Pope John XXIII Catholic School learned of Coy’s reality role, they blasted the first grade teacher saying, "You can't be teaching and doing a show like that."

When Coy stopped by "Extra’s" studios, she admitted this was a delicate subject for the parents of her students. She says, "I would like to give the advice to all the parents out there. It would probably be good to TiVo it or tape it, and then show them the appropriate parts."

Gail Berman, head of FOX programming, says the show will go on. But Coy is less sure if she will be able to go back to teaching after the series ends. She says, "Well, who knows?"
